Around Here Lately - The Weekend Edition

Today: Chai Tea and Project Life.  Oh and the broccoli salad that's sitting in my refrigerator.  That will definitely be part of today's game plan.

Tonight: Two words: Low. Key. I'm thinking Netflix movie night with the hubs.  And I just so happen to have Friends with Benefits sitting on top of my tv in that bright red envelope.  Do you Netflix?

Tomorrow: Saint Patty's Day!  We'll be wearing green.  Aside from that, no plans.  Not a single one.  We'll see where the day takes us.  These days are the best days.

Recently: My new favorite song.  Seriously, I can't stop listening to it.

Reading: Give Them Grace.  One of the pastors at our church had a few extra copies of this book and gave one to my husband who then passed it on to me.  It's good.  Like whoa good.  It's an encouraging read, especially for a mom of a strong willed child like Gage has proven to be.  But more on that later.

Loving: How amazing is this weather?  If you live in my neck of the woods you know exactly what I'm talking about.  Usually this time of the year we still have a blanket of snow on the ground.  Instead we're outside without coats and driving with the windows down.  It's pretty incredible.

Dreaming Of: A new pair a Toms.  I can't decide between the crocheted ones and the burlap ones.  Decisions decisions.  Do you know about their One for One Movement?

What are you doing this weekend?

You should definitely elaborate on that book when you get a chance. I've got an incredibly strong willed daughter that sometimes leaves us so frazzled and frustrated. I've read two different books hoping for help but neither really had any life changing info.

Also, I bought a pair of Toms once, but I have wide feet and they were too narrow. I had to give them away :( I really want some of the new ballet flats but I can't bring myself to pay $80. Boo!

I want a pair of burlap Toms SO BAD. They'd be perfect for spring.
