The past few weeks have seemed like a blur to me. Between starting a new job and adjusting to the schedule of a working mom, having Brayden home all day now that kindergarten is over, throwing my brother a massive graduation party, and the sudden death of a family friend, I feel as if life has turned upside down and I'm stuck somewhere in the middle waiting for it to settle.
Through the chaos and the busy days its always a blessing to catch sweet, quiet moments shared between Brayden and Gage. Because when everything is going so fast these moments are easy to miss, and now I'm realizing just how lucky I am to be able to a part of their tiny little lives.

oh yes... sweet moments of sweet kids. a precious part of any day... but an oasis in the midst of chaos and life. i hope that your life settles a bit, that you find your groove, and that peace will ease your pain of losing someone close...
being present in those moments can make them the biggest of all...
