A Little Ramble

Something is going to have to fall by the wayside. I can feel it.

This new schedule is going to take awhile to adjust to. I want to try and maintain my blog and my etsy shop while I'm working now, but there is still the matter of mothering two rambunctious little boys and keeping up with the house. Things are sure to start slipping through the cracks. But I'm keeping positive. If I can't make things to update my shop as often or find the time to blog as often, well then its sure to be more special when I do have some spare time to devote to my interests.

Somehow, in the midst of all of the hustle and bustle that my life has recently taken a dive towards I found the time to reupholster my dining room chairs with the sweetest Heather Bailey fabric ever. I painted the walls in the kitchen nook (this room is in no way big enough to actually be called a for real dining room) a faint light blue. I needed a room in the house with a girly touch, even if it is a small one. Living with three boys makes you crave that sort of stuff from time to time. Anyways, just a small update today. I hope all is wonderful with all of you out here in blog land :) Happy Monday.

Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's off to work I go...

Love the fabric choice. Every time I see you blog name pop up, it reminds me of the ole' Barry Manilow song.
Love the chair. Come do mine?

That fabric is my FAVORITE of all of Heather B's designs. What an awesome chair!! I'm jealous. I don't have any girly spaces in my house... :( Because my hubs is the odd guy out, being surrounded by girls, he gets the more masculine space.

I, too, LOVE the chair. My favorite Heather Bailey print is the Pop Garden Daisy in cream and red...which is so obnoxiously bold The Man would die before he'd let me put a chair with that on it anywhere in the house. It's funny you talked about letting something go to the wayside...I've thought about that a lot lately but I refuse to relent...that is until the sleep deprivation catches up...
